Having a hat made need not be as expensive as you think and you can be more selective about style, trims and colours to match a particular outfit.
Although a milliner likes to meet a client, it is possible to create as hat to order and send it in the post.

If you live in the East Midlands you can visit my studio and discuss ideas face to face before committing to a hat.

All I need is a head size measurement and this can be taken by using a tape measure around the forehead, above the ears and around the top of the neck - think about where a hat sits on the head.

Once we have agreed an idea and cost. I will require a deposit to cover materials - hats take time to make and are made for an individual and I need to be sure the cost of the hat is covered.

Payments can be made through Paypal or by cheque.


Prices start from £50 for a small felt or straw hat, £70 for a larger felt or straw hat with brim.
Formal sinamay hats depending on style and trims from £100.
